LaserLight Prints reproduces fine art and prints photos on museum-quality paper using archival pigments.

When comparing prices, we suggest you take into account the skill, the time and the top-quality media and ink that we'll put into your print or artwork reproduction. Order from us, and our Canon giclée printer will make your print, using 12 colors of museum-quality, archival-pigment ink. Our inks cost hundreds of dollars per liter, but render both an unusually wide gamut of colors and a rich range of contrast. You'll see at a glance the improvement our color quality and our paper quality makes over everyday, mundane, muggle prints.

Today, a variety of manufacturers make a wide range of papers for giclée printing. Even if you're fortunate enough to own a quality printer, that's merely a starting point. You might not want to spend the time to research the various brands of paper, let along the time and money required to produce and evaluate test prints.

Well not to worry — we've already done that for you — that and more. Over many years, we've tested and used in high volume a great many brands of giclée papers and archival-pigment inks.

For your choice of each of the following five surfaces / paper types, we've selected the singular brand we believe to be the best that is currently available.

We charge the same for all our fine art papers, and the same for fine art reproduction or photo printing. However, we offer two options for doing the math.

Many of our artist clients work in idiosyncratic sizes, so we quote prices by the square inch. Many of our photographer clients print "standard" sizes, so we also quote prices on frequently requested sizes.

High-Tooth Fine Art Paper

Hahnemühle® William Turner

This paper is Bill Nordstrom's personal favorite medium for fine art reproductions. It is also the most popular choice among our painters, sketch artists and watercolorists. We don't share our clients' secrets, but rumor has it that a few adventurous photographers have produced unusually striking and expressive prints on this handsome watercolor paper.

Hahnemühle William Turner is matte white, and heavy weight. It has what some would call 'high tooth' surface texture, that is, it has the texture, the look, and the feel of traditional fine art paper, as is used for watercoloring or sketching.

The word 'tooth' here pertains only to the look and feel of your finished print or reproduction, not to the dynamics of laying down color. Every one of our papers actually does an excellent and consistent job of absorbing the giclée pigments we use.

Hahnemühle William Turner is mold-made from 100% natural cotton fiber, processed to be acid free. It's rated at 99% opacity, 88.5 ISO whiteness, and 310 Grams per Square Meter (GSM) weight.

Medium-Tooth Fine Art Paper

Hahnemühle German Etching

This paper is velvety smooth, etching white, and heavy weight. It's made from 100% acid-free alpha cellulose.

Hahnemühle German Etching has a surface texture is medium tooth, that is, it's fine grained. It excels at reproducing watercolors, pencil drawings and oil paintings.

This paper is rated at 99% opacity, 91.5 ISO whiteness and 310 GSM weight.

Low-Tooth Fine Art Paper

Hahnemühle® Photo Rag Bright White

This paper is a wonderfully bright-white medium — cotton-like, but with exceptional smoothness.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag Bright White renders superior images in both color and in black and white. It is ideal for artists and photographers seeking an exceptionally bright look, a subtle low-tooth feel, or both. Because it has such an extraordinarily strong white, this paper particularly excels when rendering high-contrast images, regardless of image origin or style.

This paper is manufactured using a mold-style process that has been specifically engineered for today's giclée printers. It's rated at 99% opacity, 99.5 ISO whiteness and 310 GSM weight.

Texture-Gloss Fine Art Paper

Hahnemühle® FineArt Baryta

This medium sets the standard, in Bill Nordstrom's opinion, for wide-gamut, high-depth color and for superior image definition..

Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta is triple-coated for a finish that is exceptionally bright-white and high-gloss. It's coating incorporates barium sulphate to render an unusually glossly surface, but a surface that has just a slight texture. It presents quite a "wow" factor, particularly for black-and-white prints with high density and fine gray tones.

This paper is made from 100% cellulose. It's rated at 98% opacity, 103 ISO whiteness and 325 GSM weight

High-Gloss Fine Art Paper

Harman® by Hahnemühle® High-Gloss Baryta

The high-gloss finish of this medium ensures deep black, high whites and bright color saturation — ideal for both black-and-white and color images. It closely resembles traditional high-gloss, high-grade, fiber-based, wet-chemistry, silver-halide, emulsion paper. This traditional and cherished look and feel is now available on a museum-quality, giclée paper.

Harman Gloss Baryta has been re-engineered and refined by two of the leading companies in the industry to match the strictest contemporary requirements for fine art prints and reproductions. It has a multilayer coating that renders an unusually smooth and glossy surface.

This paper is made from acid-free cellulose. It's rated at 98% opacity, 100 ISO whiteness, and 320 GSM weight.

Pricing of our fine art reproductions can be calculated by the square inch (sq in). The per-sq-in pricing decreases as the size of your work increases. If your artwork happens to be close to a common size among photographers then you might find it easier to use the section below with its standard-size pricing.

Unless you specify otherwise, we deliver your print with a 1 inch margin on all four sides. You pay for the printed area, not including the margin.

When you place an order for 2 to 9 reproductions of the same image in the same size you receive 10% off each (as shown in the table above). For 10 or more your discount is 20% (not shown).

We typically charge $25 per order for packing and shipping. We may charge more if your order includes a reproduction larger than 20 x 25 inches, or if you select a shipping option other than FedEx Ground or OnTrac.

Not every 'standard' size for photo prints is shown in the tables above. If your print size is not shown, then our price is what's shown for the next higher size. Or you might find it easier to use the section above with square-inch pricing.

Unless you specify otherwise, we deliver your print with a 1 inch margin on all four sides. You pay for the printed area, not including the margin.

We can make odd-size prints, e.g., for photographers who use the 'golden ratio' for their aspect ratio. For such prints, our price is what is shown here for the next larger size. Or you might find it easier to use the section above with square-inch pricing.

We can make your print as small as you want. However any size up to and including 9.3 by 14 inches is the same price. So dream big!

We highly recommend you request an 8 by 10 inch proof before making large prints or reproductions. We will proof on your specific paper selection for only $25 each, which includes any requested image adjustments.

When you order 2 to 9 prints of the same image at the same size your discount is 10% (as shown). For 10 or more prints your discount is 20% (not shown).

We typically charge $25 per order for packing and shipping. We may charge more if your order includes a print larger than 20 x 25 inches, or if you select a shipping option other than FedEx Ground or OnTrac.
